CRAPPIE: Crappie fishing on Weiss Lake has been fantastic! The spawn is underway on the lake and the fish are shallow. We have been catching some really big stringers long line trolling. We have had stringers already this week of 90, 60, 57 and 55 and we are just in the middle of the week. All of these are coming trolling Southern Pro Hot Grubs and Charlie Brewer Slider Grubs! The crappie bite should continue to be good over the next several weeks so make your plans to get on the lake and get in on some of the great action! We still have a few dates open so give me a call and get your dates reserved! Be safe on the water and remember there is a 10 inch size limit on crappie on Weiss Lake and the daily creel limit is 30 per person, per day!
